Project Overview
The car park is located in Small Heath, Birmingham and at 7000 square metres – it’s a large area. The client wanted us to create a high quality tarmac surface for their fleet of cars, customers and staff. Ensuring that the appearance, lifespan and durability were all of the highest quality.
We provided an expert team of tarmacers and finished with lines for each parking bay.
The Process
The process to surface the car park is quite simple. The area has been prepped by a groundwork company prior to our commencement and we were left to work with a permeable hardcore.
We laid down two layers of permeable tarmac over the top of it. Leaving it pothole and crack free and looking absolutely fantastic.
There were several areas that had a concrete base, for these sections we resurfaced.
